Breaking STAR WARS news!

This isn't particularly funny or entertainment related, but I thought it was good news nonetheless.

A wise man once said, "S*** happens."
However, I bet even he didn't see this one coming.

Saw The Matrix Revolutions last night.
I liked it.
I don't know that I need to say anymore.
I mean, it's not like my opinion is going to make any difference to you, you're still going to see it.
But if you were curious, I liked it.

Quick note to the guy that picks the music for all these movie trailers: That "Bodies" song by Drowning Pool wasn't good when it came out, it isn't good now, and (unless there's some kind of horrible temperature change in Hell) it's never going to be good.
On that note, here's the first actual trailer for The Punisher.
I'll warn you, it's not the best trailer I've ever seen, but I still think the movie is going to be pretty good.
Possibly very good even.

If you go to a costume party at your boss's house, wouldn't you think a good costume would be to dress up like the boss's wife? Trust me, it's not. - Jack Handey

I don't know if any of you have been watching the new CGI Spider-Man series on MTV or not, but it's pretty decent.
The first season is hitting DVD in January, and chances are good to very good I'll pick it up.

Though I'm sure I'll leave the theater not feeling right about life, and in a very pensive/introspective mood, I can't wait to see this movie.
I had heard about it in name only, but Carey was good enough to make me realize it was something to which I needed to pay attention.

Once again, I don't even know where to start.
It should be understood that I don't take issue with what they're trying to say, it's of course, how they're trying to say it.

I hope that someday we will be able to put away our fears and prejudices and just laugh at people. - Jack Handey

For the Spider-Fans, a pretty nifty little site called The 1981 Spider-Man Cartoon Webpage.

If you enjoyed Mario Twins, then you should enjoy "The End of the World."

Something Awful seems to think Radiohead sucks... are they right?

Even more for the Spider-Fans, as this should make them very happy... and if it doesn't, I don't think they're really that big of a fan.

As most everyone knows by now, I'm a really big fan of The Fairly OddParents.
So here's a nice article on what a huge hit the show is becoming.

For everyone who's excited about Final Fantasy XI.

More Halloween Safety Tips..
18. Beware of strangers bearing strange tools. For example: chainsaws, nail guns, hedge trimmers, electric carving knives, combines, lawnmowers, butane torches, soldering irons, band saws or any devices made from deceased companions.

19. If you find that your house is built upon a cemetery, now is the time to move in with the in-laws. (It's a toss-up. We know.) This also applies to houses that had previous inhabitants who went mad, committed suicide, died in some horrible fashion, OR had inhabitants who performed satanic practices in your house.

20. (And perhaps the most important..) Always get out as soon as the scary music starts playing.

Pumpkin Simulator 2003!
It's honestly, too much fun.

More Halloween Safety Tips..
15. If your companions suddenly begin to exhibit uncharacteristic behavior such as hissing, fascination for blood, glowing eyes, increasing hairiness, and so on, kill them off immediately. You'll thank yourself later.

16. Stay away from certain geographical locations, some of which are listed here: Amityville, Elm Street, Transylvania, Nilbog (you're already in trouble if you recognize this one), anywhere in Texas where chainsaws are sold, the Bermuda Triangle, or any small town in Maine. Also, California and Ohio are good spots to avoid this and every other time of year. I mean, the answer's in the question.

17. If your car runs out of gas at night on a lonely road, do not go to the nearby deserted-looking house to phone for help. If you think that it is strange you ran out of gas because you thought you had most of a tank, shoot yourself instead. You are going to die anyway and most likely be eaten.

A short history of zombies, and how to fight them should you run into some.

I'm not sure if I've said anything about this before, but they're making a Man-Thing movie.
For those of you who aren't Marvel fans, get your mind out of the gutter!
Man-Thing is kinda like Marvel's version of DC's Swamp Thing.
If there wasn't a lawsuit back in 1971, I'd be very surprised.

Picture of the Day.

More Halloween Safety Tips...
11. Do not take ANYTHING from the dead.

12. If you find a town which looks deserted, there's probably a good reason for it. Don't stop and look around.

13. Don't fool with recombinant DNA technology unless you're absolutely sure you know what you're doing.

14. If you're running from the monster, expect to trip or fall down at least twice, more if you are of the female persuasion. Also note that, despite the fact that you are running and the monster is merely shambling along, it's still moving fast enough to catch up with you.

James Kolchalka and his kid make me wish I had a kid sometimes..

More Halloween Safety Tips..
7. Never stand in, on, or above a grave, tomb, or crypt. This would apply to any other house of the dead as well.

8. If you're searching for something which caused a loud noise and find out that it's just the cat,GET THE HECK OUTTA THERE!!!

9. If appliances start operating by themselves, do not check for short circuits, just get out.

X-Entertainment's Halloween Countdown 2003!

More Halloween Safety Tips...
4. If your children speak to you in Latin or any other language which they should not know, shoot them immediately. It will save you a lot of grief in the long run. However, it will probably take several rounds to kill them, so be prepared. This also applies to kids who speak with somebody else's voice.

5. When you have the benefit of numbers, NEVER pair off and go alone.

6. As a general rule, don't solve puzzles that open portals to Hell.
More to come...

I wouldn't be surprised if someday some fishermen caught a big shark and cut it open, and there inside was a whole person. Then they cut the person open, and in him is a little baby shark. And in the baby shark there isn't a person, because it would be too small. But there's a little doll or something, like a Johnny Combat little toy guy---something like that.

If you haven't already, for the love of all you hold dear, go out and buy the CD Permission to Land by The Darkness.

How'd you like to get a look at some early preview type stuff for Pixar's The Incredibles?
I thought you might.
Also, (as though I needed more incentive to go see this flick) I just learned Jason Lee is going to be part of the vocal cast for what is sure to be my favorite Pixar movie ever.
And may I add that in the two seconds he appears in this little preview, he was fantastical.

You liked Pirates of the Caribbean.
We all know you did.
We all know we liked it as well.
We all liked it a lot.
This is good news... if you were hoping for more.

Someone had a good idea, to make toys of the classis Universal Monsters. But they decided to release them in January/February of 2004, instead of ... oh, I don't know, OCTOBER!

A few Halloween Safety Tips..
1) When it appears that you have killed the monster, NEVER check to see if it's really dead.

2) Never read a book of demon summoning aloud, even just for kicks.

3) Do not search the basement, especially if the power has gone out.

War Horse
You'd turn into a War Horse. Strong, brave and
loyal like a war horse you are protective of
family and friends and generally polite and
freindly to people you dont know or just met.
However your attitude can change quickly if
your family or friends are threatened in anyway
and you quickly fight it off. However because
of your protective attitude you can oftern find
yourself getting angry and interfering if you
see anyone being threatened and cant defend
themselves.
What animal would you turn into?
