"Yeah that's gone, turn around, turn the volume down, we're counting the days down, til the day when we'll live in a video, I'll be stone faced and pale, you'll pout in stereo, twenty four hours everyday of the year, oh what fun I can't wait til the future gets here"

If you're confused as to why you aren't at the normal Hip Today page and you'd like to go there, you can do so by clicking here.
Know what I bet you'd like to hear? The new version of Burndt Jamb. Speaking of Weezer, I totally heard Dope Nose on the radio last night. How cool is that? Even weirder was how I had this dream that I was in this grocery store and heard Keep Fishin' in between two muzak songs there. Weird, eh?

See!! This here is yet another example of how evil girls are. Well, most are anyway.. it's true.
But then again, this is kind of sweet.. I guess.
Lord of the Rings you say? So who else is ready to drop about 200 bucks? (Actual price may vary.)
Who wouldn't like a mess of free comics?
So I saw that Blade movie. It was pretty good. It's not so much fine art, but it was pretty good. It was directed by Guillermo del Toro, who will be directing the big screen adaptation of Hellboy. What's more important for me to talk about though was the trailer for Jason X. That's right he's back from Hell. And in the future! And on a spaceship!! Whoo-hoo! I'm counting the days... that was sarcasm. The tagline for this flick is "Evil Gets an Upgrade." Don't worry though, I've taken the guesswork out of figuring out what the upgrade is, it's that it's going from crappy to craptacular.
Ok, remember that Jason X trailer I was talking about a few minutes ago (or seconds whatever). Ok, now imagine a new trailer that is the exact opposite... which is to say it's good. Real good. It's so damn good it's SPIDER-MAN! I honestly don't know how anyone is talking about anything but this.

This is pretty great if you enjoy the wit and wisdom of Homer Simpson.
It's a good day to take up swearing, because I was not at all excited to hear this news.
Did anyone need another reason to dislike Denzel?
I'm told this sums up drinking very nicely.
The other day I promised there would be more pictures for you to look at other than ones from our movie. So, as promised, here's a Friday Night.

If you're one of the people who was supposed to do something with me Saturday night and never called me back, today might be a good day to call me. Since words on a screen can't really give you an impression of what tone of voice I'd be using if I was just saying this to you, don't think that I'm using an angry or upset tone. Just a normal tone.
I've just heard Sum 41's song for the Spider-Man movie and I think it's pretty good. They mention bringing back the 80s, cereal, and the Legion of Doom... and that's good enough for me. Oh, and apparently they live for "rock" and it's what they're all about.

There's a fortune that a cookie gave me that I keep on my refrigerator that says, "Don't give up yet, the best is yet to come." Kinda makes you feel good doesn't it.. but then again it also told me my lucky numbers are 11 19 25 36 40 48 and 1 8 9. Stupid cookie.
Remember yesterday when I said I added like 30 new pictures to the photo album for Version 2.0 of Escape? Well, today I added somewhere around another 30. So if you want to check them out you can do that.
The Kill Everyone Project?
An interview with Chris Carabba.
If you like Star Wars and video games this might look pretty sweet to you.
