I don't know about you, but I think this is pretty funny.
"Don't obey the teacher
Who tells you to shut up
Who'll mold you into useless robots
Who aren't allowed to feel
Just quit your job tomorrow
Just quit your job today
You take a permanent vacation
You're dying everyday"

I doubt most of you will get a chance to, but if Equilibrium is still playing at any theater in your town you must go see it! Im not even playing around about this. If you don't, you'll wish you had.
From now until Tuesday night at midnight I will be trying my best to keep myself locked away from television so as not to accidentally see the new Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers trailer that is floating around the airwaves and the internet. I'm already excited enough about this movie without having this new trailer, which I'm told shows a little too much, spoiling any of the surprises or money shots that I'm paying to see on the big screen. Am I being too wierd? I can never tell.
On the other hand, if you'd like to see the new trailer for X-Men 2, I think that's ok.
This flick looks pretty funny while I'm on the subject of movie trailers.
Now if this doesn't look pretty wicked I don't know what does.
You know kids, there's an awful lot of stuff going on in the world at the moment to make someone, like me or you, pretty scared and/or uncertain about the future. I'm led to believe there's a threat of biological or nuclear warfare from any number of foreign powers, there's .. ahh skip it, I don't feel like getting all serious. Hip Today shouldn't bum you out. So forget all of that, everything is going to be ok.

Today's AM Radio song: "Oh Oh Oh"
The best DVD news I've heard in a while.. click1 and click2.
Andrew WK is up for two awards at the VH1 Big Awards or whatever the hell they're called this year. Anyway, here's the links to the categories he's in so you can support our favorite slammer: Heavy Lifting and Bend and Stretch.
Help me spread a little Hip Today holiday cheer!

As promised here is another AM Radio song: "Becoming You" (just click on it to hear it, or right click and "Save As.." to make it yours forever)
As promised, albeit a very long time ago, here are my pictures from Halloween 2002. Let me know what you think, won't you?
I'm not saying anyone should get me the medium Red Superman shirt this website has for Christmas, but it is the one Superman shirt I really want that I don't have. That's all I'm saying.

For those of you that have wanted to watch the Shopping Cart Shenanigans Part 1 and have been unable to, hopefully this will let you do so.
Copy this address: http://www.geocities.com/hiptoday3/MOV01007.MPG
Paste that address into your browser thing, and that should let you watch it.
Let me know if it doesn't.
(As I said before, unfortunately this video cuts off right before "Part 2" took place, so we didn't get it recorded. Take my word for it though, it was far more painful, and my butt will attest to that fact.)

Check out this guy's site and Happy Holidays everybody!
AM Radio is currently one of my favorite bands, and they should be one of yours as well.... so to help speed that process along here's their song "If This Is the End of the World". (Just right click on the song title and pick Save As...)
There will be more AM Radio songs for you to download all week.
I'm feeling better than I did when last you heard from me in case you were wondering. Things still aren't as I'd like them to be with a lot of things, but I'm feeling a little less bleak about it all.
