Curt just sent me the most depressing e-mail ever..
you know how mark waid is doing the incredibles comic for boom studios?
imagine if wieringo was drawing it
:(
Then I had to frantically search for this sketch I remembered having seen Mike do way back when.
That the comic Curt has described can never come to pass is unbelieveably sad.

Now go do that voodoo..
Harvey Korman has passed away.
My earliest exposure to Harvey Korman was on reruns of The Carol Burnett Show when I was a little kid, and then as The Great Gazoo on The Flinstones.
However, like a lot of people who remember him, I'll probably always remember him best from Blazing Saddles.
I don't know why, but my favorite line of his was, "How did he do such fantastic stunts with such little feet?"

The only thing that's left to do...
Evel Knievel has died.
"They started out watching me bust my ass, and I became part of their lives," Knievel said. "People wanted to associate with a winner, not a loser. They wanted to associate with someone who kept trying to be a winner."
I think that's the important thing. You just have to keep trying.
