This one hits pretty much all the GI Joe vehicle high spots: Huge glass cockpits, a scarily exposed turret, and the ability to launch smaller, more comical vehicles. I don't mind telling you that I personally owned 5 of their top 20 (including the HAVOC there), and personally thought 10 of their top 20 were completely radical.

Especially the HAVOC.
