Happy New Year's Eve, kids!

WAHOO!
Take that music industry bastards!
While I'm sure they'll find some new way to screw us over in the long run, this is a major blow to their desire to sue file-swappers.

For the Kill Bill fans.

What NOT to do during Return of the King.

The 10 Dumbest Quotes of 2003... according to this one guy on this one website.

While this guy makes his list of the Top 10 Best DVD releases of 2003... it's a pretty good list to be honest.

And yet another fellow offers up his choices for the Top 10 Best Albums of 2003... I don't particularly agree with it, though there are several good albums on it.

For those of you who have seen this before (and I'm sure a lot of you have), I'd just like to point out that it took them 606 takes to get it right.

Another Van Hagar reunion rumor surfaces.

Did you guys know they're making a movie called "The Muppet Wizard of Oz"?
Well, they are.
Kermit as Scarecrow, Fozzy as the Cowardly Lion, Gonzo as the Tinman, Miss Piggy as both the Wicked Witch and Glenda, and possibly Natalie Portman as Dorothy.

This is neat if you plan on seeing Return of the King more than once.

Mega Man Mania.

The 8 Biggest Tech Flops Ever.

Bad news for those of us looking forward to seeing Seinfeld on DVD?

How about a preview of Fantastic Four #509?

For those of you that are fans of Kevin Smith and the Clerks animated series, you should go have a look at this immediately... or if you're more of a Dogma fan, have a look at this.

Rumor has it that Peter Jackson's "home cut" of Return of the King that should be hitting a DVD near you some time next year will be over 5 hours long.
I anticipate it greatly.

Speaking of things I anticipate greatly, why not have a look at this trailer?

Brendon
You're Brendon! Oh great...you're the egotistical
one! You're creative, likable, and more or less
the leader of your group of friends. You may
tend to piss people off with your witty-ness
and ability to do nothing you're supposed to
(I.E: homework :-p), but in the end, everyone
loves you!

Legolas

Legolas Greenleaf

If I were a character in The Lord of the Rings, I would be Legolas, Elf, a son of the King of Mirkwood.

In the movie, I am played by Orlando Bloom.

You're chocolate. You're the old soul type, people
feel that they have known you their entire
life. Many often open up to you for they view
you as thoughtful and trustworthy. Although
people trust you, you have a hard time trusting
them. You prefer to keep your feelings bottled
up inside, or display them very quietly. It is
alright to open up every once in a while.

A great interview with Tim "Ripper" Owens... the guy who replaced Rob Halford in Judas Priest... and who has now been replaced himself... by Rob Halford.

Get this, there's going to be a t.A.T.u. anime.

DC Direct is making something I'm sure many people have been waiting for for a very long time.

I think this whole overly-hyped by the media flu business is all a conspiracy. I think this helps support that theory.

Did you know our sun is only a middle sized star?

I won't even bother going into how amazing LORD OF THE RINGS Day was.
I wish everyone could have seen the entire trilogy in one sitting like that... it was special to say the least.
I am on the other hand, very, very tired though.

The trailer for SPIDER-MAN 2.

Everyone loves those old G.I. Joe "And knowing is half the battle!" public service announcements... I just don't remember seeing this one.

Holy hell! If someone would be so kind as to buy me one or both of these for Christmas I'd be a very, very grateful Superfriend.

Though I'm sure this is news to none of you, Monty Python changed the world. CNN.com explains.

CNN.com also takes a few minutes to talk about Alex Ross.

Landover Baptist wants you to know that The Return of the King is NOT about Jesus.

This one isn't a joke or funny or anything, it was just some news that I was honestly excited to hear.

Cillian Murphy (he, the hero of 28 Days Later) is the newest addition to the cast of the upcoming Batman flick starring Christian Bale. Cillian will be playing a villain. What villain is anyone's guess. I think I get more excited about this movie with each new piece of information I come across.

Jerry Seinfeld is looking to return to the world of entertainment by teaming with Dreamworks to produce and star in an animated feature called Bee World. Anything from Seinfeld is cause for celebration as far as I'm concerned.

Finally!
Andrew W.K. is getting his own television series.

I drew Green Lantern as he appears in his comic these days.

Mario's Campaign HQ.

This is a special message to Corey: I hope you've been taking note of the fact that I've actively been trying to put more of my drawings up here on a regular basis as you suggested I should do. At least I think that was what you suggested.. you might have meant something else.

Both these and these look pretty cool if you ask me.

An interview with Family Guy creator Seth MacFarlane.

For the Nada Surf fans, the band is planning on recording their fourth album in January and plan on releasing a live DVD in February.

I like Clive Barker as a writer, but sometimes I fear for his sanity.

While the idea of an animated Red Tornado excites me, I don't know that I like the sound of this.
Didn't these people see what happened to the sales of the Justice League comics when they started filling them with second-stringers?

The sequel to Pirates of the Caribbean, though very highly anticipated by the general theater-going public is quite a while away, as it's not even slated to start filming until January 2005.

TWENTY THOUSAND!!

I appreciate each and every one of you that keep coming back to see what I have to say.
I also especially appreciate those of you that tell someone else.
