after comics and mad magazine these choose your own adventure books were pretty much the only things i read.

and i usually died two pages in!

and back then i rarely read cracked magazine.

oh the irony

Jason - You'll possibly be glad to know that the magazine isn't (as far as the last time I saw one) as good as the website.

i'm almost positive the magazine was cancelled in favor of the website.
the website is much better! better writers and less of a ripoff of mad magazine. cracked.com is it's own (original) animal.

Cracked the magazine is an ugly thing, but Cracked the website is awesome. It's like something awful only more consistently funny and not so far up it's own butt.
