MTV reports on the new ANDREW WK album, The Wolf!
Some guy did this picture up to show what that Victor Webster guy might look like in the suit.
I still say he's a good choice for the part.
Storytime, kids!
Today's story stars Aquaman in the daring tale.. The Defeat of the Dehydrator!

Talk, and by talk, I mean hype, on the upcoming (supposedly) Transformers live-action/CGI feature film is already off and running.
These people would have me believe the Matrix is real... hmmm.
Check me out, getting all political..
Ok, it's not really me that's being political, it's the editorial cartoonist who drew this, but I'm the one sharing it with you. Perhaps that counts for something.

A Brief History of America.. in animated form.
I'm a pretty big fan of the series of books known as Dinotopia.
Actually, I'm a pretty big fan of dinosaurs in general.
The point is, any day now a Dinotopia game will be dropping for the GameCube.
Even better is that it's only going to cost like twenty bucks.
Same deal with the Aquaman game.
A Watchmen movie? Can it be done?
(If you've never heard of Watchmen, get your ass to a quality bookstore or comic shop immediately.)
You're Rocko's Modern Life!
The classic, hysterical cartoon about a Wallaby
(that's right--a wallaby) and his ordinary
every day life in O-Town. Which includes
working at "Kind-Of-A-Lot-O-Comics"
and hanging out with his rather dumb dog, and
two best friends--a steer and a turtle--all
while annoying (even if not purposely) his mean
neighbor Mr. Bighead.

The rabbit is the master.
I meant to post this way back when we announced that Danny would no longer be drumming for The Collapse.. but I forgot.
Anyway, better late than never, here is a photo album tribute to one of the most talented people I've ever met, to say nothing of one of the funniest.

A fourth Jurassic Park?
It's about freakin' time.. Looney Tunes on DVD.
Since Party Sam seems to have a lock on telling you about the Homestar mod, I figure I could safely tell you about the Jedi Knight 2 mod featuring Penny Arcade.

News on the upcoming X-Men 2 (which I still refuse to call, X2) DVD.
Ooh-wee! News on the new Star Wars cartoon!
This involves Jackie Chan, Johnny Knoxville, Luke and Owen Wilson, and sounds like fun.
James Kolchalka will never stop being a genius to me.

I finally saw 28 Days Later while I was in Nashville and enjoyed it thoroughly.
That's just for those of you who enjoy hearing or value my opinion though.
Get your Ugly Dolls.
Thor vs. Zombie Vikings in an R rated comic.
I think it looks pretty good actually.
Wahoo!
I've also just discovered that SpongeBob Squarepants will be released on DVD in season sets starting this September!

This is funny.
Take that Acclaim.
Those wacky Russians sure make some weird comics.
Speaking of comics, yes, I am excited about MegaMan's.
Jerry Bruckheimer has decided to produce a new film based on the lore and legend surrounding King Arthur.
He's begun speaking on the subject as of late at press to-do's for his latest production, Pirates Etc.
It could be a train wreck, as I feel all of the films he produces have the possibility of being, but I hope it will not be.

Interesting to me at least, James Cameron talking about how he feels about T3, Aliens 3, and the possibility of an Aliens 5.
SkyNews says Brad Pitt is indeed planning on playing Captain America.

I agree with Party Sam, this is funny.
I'm honestly very pleased to hear that the reviews that have started tumbling out for T3 have all been rather favorable. I'm excited to see it.
I also still have to see 28 Days Later and Charlie's Angels 2 as well.
Perhaps I'll see them this weekend... or at least one of them would be good.
Come on, this movie is called Alien Prison.. what's not to like?

For those of you who haven't heard yet, The Collapse will be playing an acoustic set on Friday (4th of July, yes) at the Full Moon Club above Zinnie's East.
The address is as follows:
1718 Madison Ave
Memphis, TN 38104
The time is 10:00 PM.
The cover will probably be something like $5.
Another band is playing as well, though I have no idea who they are.. I'm told they're good though.
PLEASE PLEASE if at all possible make your way to this show!
It honestly should be a lot of fun, and a good chance for those of you who haven't had a chance to catch us yet to have a good time seeing us have fun helping you to have fun with us.
And if that pitch didn't make you want to show up I don't know what will!
Copy that address up there and go to Mapquest.com if you need more specific directions, ok.
Seriously, we'd love to see each and every one of you there.

For those of you that weren't aware.. and I'm betting that's most of you, 2003 is MegaMan's 15th anniversary.
Go to his new website and help him (and me) celebrate the occasion!
You can even make your own robot there.
After you've had your fill of doing that don't forget to go out and buy AM Radio's new disc, Radioactive, at your local record shop.
I'll speak in greater detail about the album later, but I'll go ahead and tell you now that it's superb.
Not like anyone needed a reason to not be interested in a sequel to Shrek, but this news makes me downright loathe the idea.
