the red tie doesn't look as ridiculously long when see the whole HUGE thing pasted together on the "post no bills" walls they build around construction sites like the one i saw yesterday.
giant wheat pasted posters posted on walls in the street. not sure if you can buy them commercially yet. but the wheat paste posters are easily over 5 feet tall.
